Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. In case customers require delivery outside working hours, they should request so by contacting www.fashionspot.gr. Deliveries are made within 3 working days.  

Late delivery
Orders may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product is not available: We are offering thousands of products, and there is the rare case that a product may be sold out and our online system has not automatically updated our inventory. In this case one of our staff will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives or even to make and cancel the order without any financial burden to the consumer. 

In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of the order 

If it is impossible to telephone and / or by electronic mail (e-mail) contact you (if a problem occurs on your order, or in relation to the product or in relation to the payment of) because eg your information you entered is not properly updated. 

Withdrawal / Return - Change Product
You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes can not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the market.

Product Returns
www.fashionspot.gr accepts returns of all or part of the items bought within 7 days upon receipt provided that: 
▪ first contact in the phone or send an email to the address info@fashionspot.gr justifying the reason of return 
▪ return to be made within 15 working days from receipt
▪ the product has not been used 
▪ the product with all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill and so on) 

Returns within Greece are free of charge provided that the customer uses the same delivery company used by www.fashionspot.gr 

For returns made after 7 days after receipt, we may not be able to refund the buyer.   
We use the delivery company’s receipt as proof of our delivery date.  
In each case the returned product must be in its original state including packaging, accompanied by all necessary documents as well as the return slip we include in our packages. 
If the product does not meet the above requirements, it will be returned to sender.
